Phoenix: I would still like to know what happened to the murder weapon after it had been used.
Fransiska: That's absurd! He clearly stated in his testimony that it has been disposed of and/or destroyed!
Phoenix: Then how do we know this murder weapon wasn't a replica?

Phoenix: The murder weapon itself, in question, may have been a decoy. I can name several, if not, countless reasons why he would try to pass this one off as the murder weapon. For starters, what if he duplicated it so he could destroy the original, then plant it on the accused so that we would think this was the actual weapon? The defense requests that we run a ballistics test on the murder weapon to compare it with the original.
Judge: Very well. Bailiff! Please have the crime lab run a ballistics test on the murder weapon.

Gunsche: Hitler, along with our bunker's senior staff were gathered in the briefing room to discuss our plan to push back the invading soviet forces. A few seconds later, Jodl has an outburst and says: "

Everyone poured a glass, except me of course. Somehow, I knew the drinks were poisoned. I saw Jodl drop a cyanide capsule in the Furher's drink.
Judge: We will find out whether or not your testimony breaks apart. Mr. Jodl, your cross-examination please.
CROSS-EXAMINATION:
You would only have known the drink was poisoned if you were the one responsible!!!
Judge: Would you please refresh my memory Mr. Jodl?
Jodl: The fact that Fegelein is a descendant of the god of mischief, Loki, has earned him the title: Master of antics. He probably thought it would be fun.
